80% of the total event amount must be paid in advance at the time of booking.
The remaining 20% should be paid on the event date after the setup is completed.
Clients are required to sign an agreement while making the advance payment.
Any changes or cancellations must be informed at least 1 month prior to the event date.
Extra charges may apply for additional services or last-minute requests.
Vaividya Events and Entertainment will not be responsible for delays caused by weather or external factors beyond our control.
All equipment and decoration materials remain the property of Vaividya Events and Entertainment.
Any damages to event property or items will be charged additionally to the client.
